Bromelioideae (bro-meel-ee-oy’dee-ee) is the third subfamily of these remarkable plants and it consists of twenty-eight genera, containing over 670 species. The following list is the different kinds of genera that belong to the subfamily Bromelioideae, and links to their subdivided species!
- Acanthostachys - Two species.
- Aechmea - 200 species have been identified.
- Ananas - This genus consists of eight species.
- Andrea - No longer accepted as a valid genus.
- Androlepis - One species.
- Araeococcus - There are five known species.
- Billbergia - about 61 species make up this genus.
- Bromelia - Consists of around fifty species.
- Canistrum - This genus consists of ten species.
- Cryptanthus - Twenty-six species belong to this genus.
- Fascicularia - This genus contains five species.
- Fernseea - Only two species.
- Greigia - 28 species have been identified.
- Hohenbergia - Fory-five species are known.
- Lymania - Six species known.
- Neoglaziovia - Three species are identified.
- Neoregelia - Around 94 species have been described.
- Nidularium - A small genus comprising of 42 species.
- Ochagavia - Three species are known to exist.
- Orthophytum - Consists of around 23 species.
- Portea - This genus consists of seven species.
- Pseudaechmea - One species.
- Pseudoananas - One species.
- Quesnelia - 14 species have been identified.
- Ronnbergia - 11 species.
- Streptocalyx - So far only 17 species have been identified.
- Wittrockia - 9 species have so far been discovered.

Can you show the genus of Pitcairnioideae subfamily, and I need to know the subfamily of the genus Deuterocohnia.
